Required

  • Passport (It is a good idea to bring a copy of your passport as well)

  • Comfortable clothes for yoga (some whites, & breathable/natural fibers - ideal)

  • Cash for meals, additional excursions, shopping, & gratuities. (American dollars can be exchanged Rupiah’s ~ aka: IDR. $1 = 13000Rp approx - the hotel & many places take credit cards also)

  • Flip flops & Hiking shoes

  • Yoga Mat (if you want to have your own personal mat- they do have mats & yoga props there)

  • White head wrap/covering

  • Yoga mat towel

  • Reading material

  • Camera

  • Earth-friendly sunscreen & bug repellent

  • Sun hat

  • Journal & pen/pencil
