Required

  • Passport (It is a good idea to bring a copy of your passport as well!)

  • Comfortable clothes for yoga (breathable/natural fibers - it is hot + humid)

  • Cash &/or Debit + Credit Card for additional meals, additional excursions, shopping, & gratuities.

  • Flip flops & Hiking shoes

  • Yoga mat (there are travel yoga mats that are lighter + thinner, in case you prefer this!)


RECOMMENDED

  • Swimsuits

  • Rain jacket

  • Yoga mat towel (optional, but a good idea!)

  • yoga block &/or strap, if you use these props often in your practice

  • Reading materials, books + a journal + pen/pencil

  • Camera (unless using your phone) ;-)

  • Reef-safe sunscreen & natural bug repellent

  • Sun hats

  • Sunglasses

  • Reusable Water Bottle

  • ATM card to withdraw extra money (if needed)

  • Travel adapter plug for Bali/Indonesia (see FAQs for more details)

  • Favorite snacks for travel + for in Bali

  • Compression socks for the flights

  • Travel pillow for the flights

  • I personally recommend putting Apple AirTags in each suitcase (just in case they get lost!)

  • Electrolytes for the flights (I sell Ultima Electrolytes at my office & I love them! $20+ tax for 30 servings)

  • Pre+Probiotics (I have Terraflora at my office for sale & highly recommend them! $50+tax)

  • Pure Lavender Essential Oil - for bites, burns, wounds, to relax + sleep, etc. (I have a great one at my office - Lux Amare French Lavender $12+tax)
